Account & Data Deletion Policy

At Shami Arabic Institute, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion

Open the app, go to Settings → Preferences → scroll down to Danger Zone, and click Delete Account.

Web Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly at info@shamiinstitute.com using the email address linked to your account.

Data That Will Be Permanently Removed

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered:

  • •Account profile details (Name, Email, Login credentials).
  • •Learning progress, lesson achievements, streaks, and study stats.
  • •Saved vocabulary lists and custom AI Tutor vocabulary.
  • •Earned certificates and activity history.

Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except for basic transaction records if required by applicable tax or financial regulations.
